It is an event where students, both experienced and beginners in programming, gather together and build cool projects with technologies.
No, not at all! If you've never programmed before, we'll teach you to write your very first line of code!
You should bring your laptop (we won't provide computers) & charger, school ID, phone & charger, and power strips (recommended). Food will be provided!
You are encouraged to find teams before the event, but don't worry if you don't have one, we will help you find a team at the event! You can also chose to hack alone, but it's always more fun with a team! Teams can have maximum 4 people.
If you are a high school student in the Windsor-Essex area, you should find your own transportation. We are aiming to send a bus to the GTA if funding permits. Travel reimbursements will be given on a case-by-case basis.

We will be doing 4 rounds of acceptances every Sunday starting April 17. To be eligible for that round, you must submit your application before 11:59 the Saturday before. If you do not get accepted in the round, you do not need to re-apply, your application moves to the next round. If accepted, we will email you with details.
